Jeremy B. Strang Writes His Second Book: "Limiting Spiritual Maturity?"

Stillman Valley, Illinois (PRWeb) March 20, 2007 -- Holy Fire Publishing releases Limiting Spiritual Maturity? (Paperback, US$12.99, ISBN# 1-933899-75-1). Jeremy Strang's book emphasizes the importance of growing in the Holy Spirit and gaining wisdom from God's Word.

Strang's book, "Limiting Spiritual Maturity?", reveals how many of today's Christians don't really know the Holy Spirit or His work in their lives. According to Strang, the Holy Spirit wants to help us in our daily walk with Christ. The Holy Spirit is our Guide who leads us around the "dark, hidden sinkholes in life." As our Helper, He wants to fellowship with us and direct us away from harm.

Strang's first book, Limiting God?, explained his new life in Christ--a life free from all sexual addictions, drinking, drugs, depression, selfishness, and pride. For Strang, those issues disappeared on May 18, 2001, when he accepted Jesus, and laid those things at the foot of the Cross. His second book, Limiting Spiritual Maturity?, goes into more detail, showing Christians how to mature spiritually.

According to Strang, spiritual maturity begins with a "bowing down of our pride in acceptance of the redemption that began with a bloody and painful death upon the Cross." If true repentance and acceptance of Christ is real, then the Holy Spirit reveals Himself as our helper and guide. Strang says, "True spiritual maturity begins by being born of the Holy Spirit."

"Through this book, God uses Jeremy to speak to all those Christians out there who have settled for a ho-hum, shallow faith. This shallow faith causes us to claim the title of Christianity without the power of life-changing transformation ..." -Naomi Byars, Foreword, "Limiting Spiritual Maturity?"

Jeremy Strang is married to Patricia; they have two children, and are expecting a third. He currently leads a growth group at Heartland Community Church and is a prospective member for the Board of Directors at the Rockford Rescue Mission. He also mentors people who are hurting, lost, or need to be refocused in their life. Strang currently works as a full-time sales consultant for Summit Radiology and a part-time Cat Scan technologist at Swedish American Hospital.

Book Marketing 101- Book Publicity for Authors -- Creating a Book Publicity Campaign
Publicity is that elusive thing that can make or break your book - in all sorts of ways! Learning to promote you and your book is something that can take a bit of "re-training" for most new authors (and many old-timers too). Publicity is really all about selling your idea (and you), but all too often the word "selling" brings up images of polyester clad used-car salesmen, telemarketers, and strong-arm sales strategies that do nothing but alienate your intended customer.

Physical Books And Audio Books Compared
To the highly mobile teenager audio books are the closest many would ever get to a book if not held in captivity seven hours a day in our public schools being forced to read things they can no more relate to then a Eskimo can to the sandy deserts of Saudi Arabia. Let's face it although considered the greatest playwright of the last millennium Shakespeare is so out of touch to the average teen that you might as well drill a hole in their head and poor the stuff in as get them to want to read it.
