Author John W. Eubank's book, Listen to the Angels, released by Christian publisher, Holy Fire Publishing, provides insight into angels.

Buchanan, Virginia (PRWeb) November 27, 2006 -- Holy Fire Publishing Releases Listen to the Angels (Paperback, US$10.99, ISBN# 1-933899-28-X). At 84, Eubanks didn't live to see his book, Listen to the Angels, published. But his grandson is following through with its publication on behalf of his grandfather. Taken from the Bible, author John Eubank's book about angels enlightens and informs the reader about angels during Bible times as well as in the here and now.

Angels have played a big role in biblical history. As messengers of God, angels throughout history, have interfaced with man. Unlike animated stories, angels don't have wings, but rather reveal themselves in the form of a man. They have specific duties including: guarding and protecting and providing warnings to man.

Listen to the Angels seeks to change the way believers and unbelievers look at angels. The author shows that people interact more with angels than we believe. And oftentimes, we may interact with them without us ever realizing it. Eubanks focuses especially on angelic messages that pertain to the end of the world system, and the beginning of Christ's reign on earth as revealed to John in the book of Revelation.

Angels are mentioned an astonishing 297 times in Scripture and some of the biblical people to whom they appeared are: Abraham, Lot, Gideon, Elijah, Virgin Mary, Jesus, and others.

"I was absolutely astounded to learn of the different roles that the angels played in biblical times, as well as in the present and in the future, and that they are present in our lives at all times." -Debbie Johnson

"Listen to the Angels provides a unique glimpse into the role of angels in our everyday lives. Mr. Eubank provides personal explanations without forcing opinions or beliefs on the reader." -Amanda Van Patten

"Listen to the Angels has opened my eyes to the stark realities of the book of Revelation and the second coming of Christ that most of us take for granted." -Rob Johnson Jr.

John W. Eubank was born in Virginia on August 19, 1922. He spent most of his childhood in Radford, Va., before moving to Buchanan where he spent the majority of his life. He served in the Army in Europe during World War II. He was married to his wife, Hilda, for 56 years and they had three children and five grandchildren. Hilda first interested John in Bible study and persuaded him to dig deeper into Scripture. He published his first book, Secrets of the Bible: Unlocked, at the age of 81. Eubank's upcoming Web site is: Listen-to-the-Angels.com; Secrets-of-the-Bible.com.
