Author and Columnist's Second Edition Book Says There's No Such Thing as Sensible Gun Laws in United States
(PRWeb) December 20, 2006 -- Author John Longenecker's recently released second edition of "Transfer Of Wealth" is an expose of official go-nowhere anti-crime policies updated with warnings of 2006 United Nations threats to U.S. personal sovereignty and Hurricane Katrina's 2006 untoward aftermaths bent on that same goal.
Longenecker's concentration includes updates on the imposition of RFID Chip tracking of persons and property soon, the imposition of National ID Cards to come in 2008, and other intrusions all in the name of fighting violence and terrorism.
Former Los Angeles Paramedic Longenecker has seen his share of criminal gunshot wounds over a ten year service, but wonders where all the self-defense shootings were. "Transfer of Wealth" is in part a product of that inquiry.
Longenecker also finds how more than 22,000 gun laws affect the non-gun owner household profoundly, primarily by imposing rules which cannot touch crime and which are observed by only the law-abiding. In this trial tested and proven on the divisive question of personal weapons, the formula has spread to become unwanted zero-tolerance policies, poorer education and values, unjust family law and other aspects of society against the protests of the people.
"Many cottage industries and giant complexes have emerged in the name of fighting violence," says Longenecker, "And where the individual is the first line of defense in all practicality, irrespective of party affiliation, it is frustrated the most through punitive laws and wrongful, misguided peer pressure."
"But is this where crime is fought?" questions Longenecker.
"It's time for every head of household to consider specific realities when it comes to meeting violence, to learn their true authority, and to understand the fraud of anti-violence measures," says Longenecker in various interviews. "When officials gain from violence as they seek to gain from various crises, households then see more clearly the motives behind the anti-violence movement."
